We are incredibly proud to announce the launch of the new digital home for the Lebanon Mountain Trail Foundation, now live at lmt-foundation.org.
For 19 years, the Lebanon Mountain Trail has been much more than a 600-kilometer route connecting 80 villages across the country. It is a vital pathway for nature conservation, cultural heritage preservation, and rural resilience. Today, the trail sustains over 30 guesthouses, empowers more than 100 local guides, and inspires 60,000 trekkers annually, all while bringing environmental education to thousands of students.
We partnered with the Foundation, in collaboration with Masar SAL, to design and develop a platform that translates this profound real-world impact into a compelling digital experience.
A Platform Engineered for Sustainable Impact
The Lebanon Mountain Trail Foundation required a robust digital presence to support its core mission: securing sustainable long-term financing and facilitating strategic grant-making for the Lebanon Mountain Trail Association and other public-benefit partners.
To achieve this, we focused on several key strategic and technical implementations:
- Impact-centric site architecture: We structured the navigation to immediately highlight the Foundation’s core pillars. The “Our Impact” hub allows visitors to seamlessly explore initiatives spanning Rural Livelihoods, Responsible & Sustainable Tourism, Environmental Education, and Natural Heritage Protection.
- Frictionless donation funnel: Because sustainable funding is at the heart of the Foundation’s goals, we integrated a streamlined, secure donation experience that makes it easy for global supporters to contribute to the cause directly from the site.
- Data-driven storytelling: The design leverages powerful visual assets alongside clearly defined impact metrics; giving visitors an immediate, tangible understanding of the scale of the Foundation’s work over the last nearly two decades.
- Optimized Visibility: The platform is built with a strong technical foundation, ensuring fast performance, intuitive mobile responsiveness, and robust search engine optimization to maximize the Foundation’s global reach.
